H2O (Health 2 Offer) Gym is a fitness destination in Model Town 2, New Delhi which has been running for quite a few years now. In order to compete with its next gen competitors, like Cult.Fit, Anytime Fitness and provide the best possible gymming experience to its customers, they hired Power2Create.
Earlier H2O gym used to be located in a smaller area which couldn’t contain a lot of customers working out at the same time. So we shifted them to a bigger location. But the new place where the gym was supposed to be shifted was a total mess with broken floor, roof, dirty walls, broken ac vent, no rent/water/electricity management, no furniture etc.
We hired labor and fixed all the infrastructure issues and made the place look like a proper gym. We decorated the gym will wall arts, installed new workout equipments, new furniture, CCD machine.
We created a business plan for them and handled their business for few months to get them in flow. We hired cleaners and other staff members and trained them to do their work efficiently.
We arranged special sessions for trainers to teach them deeply about body movements and diet.

We designed and developed admin panel for H2O gym which they can use to add customers, allot trainers, mark/track attendance of customers/staff members. Also they can track their income, expenses, sales etc.
Designed and developed website for H2O gym to showcase gym online and customers can buy supplements, diet, personal trainer.

Establishment and regular posting on Social Media Handles to increase web presence, interact with customers and notify the potential customers about latest happenings and offers.
